Randall has over 10 years of experience in case management, direct care, and behavior support. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis. He has always enjoyed meeting new people and celebrated the diversity of everyone he meets. Randall's heart is to help everyone achieve the best life they can live.
