Wesley Losche is the Human Resource Manager for Arrow Services.  Joining the team in 2024, Wesley has dedicated his career to building meaningful relationships and driving initiatives that create a positive and productive workplace.  

 

Human Resources has always been more than just a profession for me, it's a way to connect people with their potential and foster a culture where everyone can thrive.  What motivates me the most is the ability to shape company culture, nurture talent, and support others in reaching their full potential.

 

As a graduate of Indiana University, Wesley spends his free time with his dog Josie while rooting for the Pacers and Colts.
