My Story

Dave Taylor is the Director of Behavioral Services for Arrow Services. Joining the team in 2024, Dave has been working with people with autism and intellectual disabilities in various roles since 2006. Dave has worked in direct care and case management before completing his master's degree in social work from Indiana University in 2012.

In his spare time, Dave enjoys listening to music, playing with his kids, and watching cheesy science fiction movies with his wife.
