Tammy Copas joined the team at Arrow Services in 2024 as the Director of Community Engagement and Development. Tammy has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities. Tammy has a passion for developing programming that empowers individuals to maximize their independence and create meaningful relationships.
